1. BACKGROUND The service conditions of Central Paramilitary Forces Personnel are extremely exacting, tough, rigorous and peculiar to the Services. The service condition often keeps these personnel away from family for long spells. This leads to neglect of family matters including professional education of children. It is a matter of great pride that to encourage and support the wards of CPMFs personnel, all the Forces have their own institutes and resources to provide value based education to the wards of CPMFs personnel who are going to be the harbingers of the 'New India of Tomorrow'. This institution has a long tradition of providing excellent services to the students by educating, moulding and shaping young minds into matured, responsible and well placed citizens.

2. THE INITIATIVE However, there is still huge need for professional courses and other degree for the wards of CPMFs personnel. Therefore, the Ardh Sainik Welfare Trust (ASWT), India formed under the aegis of National Coordination Committee of Ex-CPMFs Personnel Welfare Associations (www.nccexcpmfwa.org) to facilitate the CPMFs Personnel, as they are unable to pay sufficient attention towards the progress of their personal and social life especially the education of their wards. The ASWT has decided to provide the maximum support to the WARDs of CPMFs personnel accordingly, approached the management of GEETA GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS, Panipat (Haryana) having hostel facilities and good track records for placement, for keeping few seats reserved for the WARDs of CPMFs personnel. It is a matter of great achievement that management has shown their interest to accommodate few wards of CPMFs personnel. Therefore, to achieve the target and to provide best education facilities, the program Ardh Sainik GITM Education Support is launched for the wards of CPMFs personnel for admission in this GEETA GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS, Panipat (Haryana).

4. HOW TO APPLY

a) Nomination only online will be accepted at www.ArdhSainik.com.

b) If one fulfills the conditions, he/she can visit www.ArdhSainik.com and fill online form for admission for the concerned class.

c) Last date for online nomination acceptance is 31/07/2018.

5. BRIEF PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION:

a) Interested parents/guardians to visit the www.ArdhSainik.com and fill up the registration form online.

b) The compiled demand of seats will be submitted to the Institutes for consideration.

c) After receiving the demand of seats for each class, the Institute will intimate number of seats they can accommodate forASWT.

d) ASWT will in turn allocate seats to CPMFs as per demand and the same will be communicated to parents/guardians.

e) At the time of admission service certificate indicating family details will be required. Widows can produce their PPOs.

6. SALIENT FEATURES OF ARDH SAINIK CHILDREN ADMISSION SCHEME

a) 15% discount in the annual fees package

b) No donations to be paid.

c) Suitable placement after successful completion of course.

d) A relaxed criterion for admission of wards of CPMFs personnel.

e) Applications for admissions are invited for the academic session 2018-2019

f) Admission will be given on first come first take basis as per availability of seat.

7. ELIGIBILITY

a) Nominations are asked only for those students, who will be seeking admission in the PG/UG/Diploma courses indicated in this scheme for the session 2018-2019 as per eligibility criteria against the each course.

b) Children of serving and retired CPMFs personnel, including children of Widows of CPMFs personnel, are eligible for admission.
